甲方（PARTY A):Wind International Trading Co.,Ltd
乙方（PARTY B):
经甲，已双方友好协商，现签订以下代理出口协议：
1.甲方收到货款总值_30%_的定金，开始下单操作。（中途追加定货，则要追加订金）
Once PARTY A receive the_30%_deposit,they will carry out order,superaddition of the order in half way need more deposit.
2.发货一个船期，如果收不到货款，则甲方停止订货
If PARTR A can not receive the sailing payment of the goods after shipping sailing in succession.They will end the order.
3.乙方要求甲方把质量关的，甲方应予以积极的配合按质按量交货。
If PARTY B ask PARTY A to control the quality of the goods,PARTY A should do their best to help the suppliers or the manufacturers to delivery the goofs on good condition in time.
4.甲方提供的服务项目如下：订舱、仓储、单证、拖箱、THC及快递单证等等，收取服务费为货款总值的_3%_
The service items PARTY A supply are as follows:booking cabin,storage,documents,truck,THC express of the documents and so on.The service charge PARTY A take is only_3%_of the total fund.
5.海运费选取预付的按市场行情价，船公司报价多少，甲方也以此向乙方收取，乙方必须在甲方报价格后的24小时之内以邮件或者传真确认其价格，不予回复的，视作默认。
If PARTY B require the freight prepaid,PARTT A charge the PARTY B according to the market and quotation of the shipping company,PARTY B must confirm the price in 24 hours after quotation by E-mail or Fax,if not,considered to be acquiescence.
6.甲方提供的单证为：提单、产地证、装箱单、发票，提单显示的内容，如乙方有其它的要求，必须在甲方提供装箱明细后的24小时之内回传（以邮件、传真方式）否则按甲方拟定的方案操作。
PARTY A offer the documents:B/L,certificate of the origin,Packing List,Invoice and the display of of the content in B/L,if any other requirements from PARTY B,The customers must reply to PARTY A in 24hours after we offer the details of the loading(by E-mail or Fax)otherwise up to our scheme
7.内陆包干费（包括：定仓、仓储、单证费、代理出口费、拖箱、THC及快递单证）如需商检、或因货物太杂而需特殊报关的费用另收。

其余的港口内陆包干费视情况不同另行确定。
Inland charge:(include:Booking Cabin,Storage,Documents,Truck,THC and express of the documents)If the inspection or special applying to customs is needed because of the excessive mixture of the goods,the extra expenditure must be charged by customers

8.因海关抽检不合格而无法出关的货物，解决此类事件的费用由乙方自行承担，甲方应全力配合解决。
If it can't clean the customs because of the disqualification of spot check,the charge of resolving the problems up to PARTY B,PARTY A should make all their efforts to help PARTY B to deal with it.
9.由于乙方原因导致的更改提单、产地证所产生的费用由乙方自行承担（比如：更改收货人或目的港等），我方应全力配合进行解决。
The charge because of the amendments of the B/L,certificate of origin under the requirements of PARTY B should be afforded by PARTY B(eg:the change of consignee or port of delivery,etc)
10.清款方式：乙方必须按甲方账单一对一清款，清一单，甲方放一单，（一单：指一份客户账单）甲方所收预付订金及海运费的总金额与最后一单货款进行清算。多退少补，中途不得扣除。
The way to clean the payment:PARTY B must according to our reckoning relevantly.The one cleaned,it will be sent to PARTY B.The total prepaid deposit and freight charge will liquidate in the reckoning.Deduction is unallowed in half
11.清款时间：乙方应在收到甲方账单后5天内汇出货款。
The time to clean the payment:The payment must be sent in 2 days after receiving our reckoning.
12.装完柜后，货柜总值以双方确认为准。
After loading the container,the whole value of the goods is up to our confirmation.
13.本合同一式两份，甲、已双方各执一份，经双方签字盖章后即日生效。
